How do I return a product?
The return process at loveiu.ch is as follows: It is important that the Loveiu seal and product packaging remain intact, otherwise returns will not be accepted and refunds cannot be made. Before returning the product, you should announce the return via the contact form or by email to hello@loveiu.ch .
To protect the environment, we ask you to return the product in the same box in which you received it. Each order comes with a return slip that you can use to return the item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself and will pay these directly at the post office or at a My Post24 machine .
As soon as the package arrives at loveiu.ch , the products will be checked. If everything is OK, you will be informed accordingly and the refund will be initiated.
