The rayne Disc is a reusable menstrual disc developed and produced in Switzerland. It is placed in the posterior part of the vagina and offers reliable protection without relying on suction. This provides a particularly comfortable wearing experience that many users hardly notice in everyday life.

With a wearing time of up to 12 hours and a capacity of 50 ml, the rayne Disc is suitable for both light and heavy menstruation days. It reliably accompanies you through work, sports, travel or the night and represents a sustainable alternative to tampons and pads.

Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, the menstrual disc is soft, flexible and particularly skin-friendly. The material is free of BPA, latex and plasticizers and adapts comfortably to individual anatomy. After cleaning, the rayne Disc can be reused over many menstrual cycles.

For particularly easy removal, the rayne Disc features a patented finger tab that facilitates safe and controlled removal. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it is suitable for both experienced users and beginners looking for a comfortable and environmentally conscious menstrual solution.

Application

Insertion

Press the rim of the disc together to form an 8. The finger tab should face away from your body.
Take a relaxed position, sit down, squat, or place one leg on the edge of the bathtub. Insert the back rim of the disc into your vagina and push the disc as far back and down towards your tailbone as possible with your index finger.
To position the disc correctly, push the front rim upwards and behind your pubic bone with the same index finger.
If you no longer feel the disc, it is correctly placed.

Care & Cleaning

Emptying
We recommend emptying and cleaning your disc 2-3 times within 24 hours.
Emptying the disc is much easier when you are relaxed.
Similar to insertion, you can sit relaxed on the toilet with your legs wide apart. Guide your finger behind your pubic bone, find and grasp the finger tab, and slowly pull the disc out. Hold it horizontally so it doesn't spill.
Empty the menstrual fluid into the toilet, clean the disc, and reinsert it.
We recommend emptying and cleaning your disc 2-3 times within 24 hours.

Tip: To prevent the rayne disc from burning or melting when boiling, place it in a whisk,
so that it doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
