Application
Preparation
Clean the LustGlider Intime Douche thoroughly with lukewarm water and a mild, material-suitable detergent before the first use. Rinse off all detergent residues completely.
Fill the pump ball with clean, body-warm water. Do not use hot or cold water.
Avoid soap, shower gel, disinfectants, fragrances or other additives in the rinsing water, as these can irritate the sensitive mucous membrane.
Correct use of the anal douche
Take a relaxed position, for example on the toilet or in the shower.
If necessary, apply a little water-based lubricant to the outside of the rinsing nozzle.
Insert the nozzle slowly and carefully only as far as is comfortable. Do not apply pressure.
Gently squeeze the pump ball together so that a small amount of water enters the lower rectum. Avoid a strong stream of water or large amounts of water.
Carefully remove the nozzle and then let the water drain again in the toilet.
Repeat the process only if necessary. Excessive or frequent bowel irrigation can irritate the mucous membrane.
After use
Empty the anal douche completely and clean the rinsing nozzle as well as the pump ball thoroughly with lukewarm water and a suitable mild detergent.
Rinse carefully so that no detergent residues remain.
Let all parts dry as completely as possible before reassembling or storing the anal douche.

Use exclusively clean, body-warm water without additives. Soap solutions, alcohol-based products or aggressive detergents must not be used as rinsing fluid.
Important: An anal douche is not a medically necessary preparation for anal sex. Too frequent or intensive rinsing can irritate the natural mucous membrane and cause discomfort.
Never insert the rinsing nozzle by force. Stop the application immediately in case of pain, bleeding or an unpleasant feeling of pressure.
