3-pack "rayne Disc" silicone menstrual discs - One Size (red)
Advantages of this product:
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
The rayne Disc in a practical 3-pack offers you triple comfort for your menstruation. These reusable menstrual discs are developed and produced in Switzerland and combine a thought-out design with high-quality materials. Unlike menstrual cups, they are placed in the posterior fornix of the vagina and do not require suction to stay securely in place. This ensures a particularly comfortable fit that you hardly notice during daily activities.
Each of the three menstrual discs offers a capacity of 50 ml and can be worn for up to 12 hours. This makes them suitable for both light and heavy menstrual days. With three discs, you always have an extra one on hand – for example, at home, on the go, or while traveling. It is especially practical when you use one disc while another is being cleaned.
Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, the rayne discs impress with their soft, flexible, and body-friendly texture. The silicone is sourced from Germany and is free from BPA, latex, and plasticizers. Production takes place in Switzerland by a medtech manufacturer certified to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards. Thanks to their reusability, the discs are a long-lasting alternative to disposable products like tampons and pads.
For exceptionally easy handling, every rayne disc features a patented finger tab, which allows for controlled and comfortable removal. The flexible one-size fit with a diameter of 66 mm adapts to individual anatomy and is suitable for both beginners and experienced users.
With the rayne Disc 3-pack, you are choosing a practical supply of high-quality, reusable menstrual discs – for more flexibility, less disposable waste, and a comfortable feeling during your period.

Application
Insertion
Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Squeeze the rim of a rayne disc together to form a narrow figure-eight shape. The finger tab should point away from your body.
Adopt a relaxed position, for example, sitting, squatting, or with one leg on the edge of the bathtub. Carefully insert the rear rim of the disc into the vagina and use your index finger to push it as far back and down as possible towards the tailbone.
Then, press the front rim upward behind the pubic bone. When the disc is positioned correctly, you should hardly feel it.
Removal and Emptying
Wash your hands and sit comfortably on the toilet. Insert a finger behind the pubic bone, grasp the finger tab, and pull the disc out slowly, keeping it as horizontal as possible.
Empty the menstrual fluid into the toilet. Clean the disc thoroughly before reinserting it.
The rayne disc can be worn for up to 12 hours. Depending on your menstrual flow, more frequent emptying may be necessary. The manufacturer recommends emptying and cleaning the disc two to three times within 24 hours.
Care & Cleaning
Clean the used menstrual disc thoroughly after emptying it, following the manufacturer's instructions. Before the first use and between menstrual cycles, it should be sterilized according to the care instructions.
Tip: Place the rayne disc inside a whisk when boiling it. This prevents direct contact with the hot bottom of the pot and protects the silicone from damage.
With the 3-pack, you can flexibly alternate between the discs and always have a clean replacement disc available.
