Application

Insertion

Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Fold a PERIOD menstrual disc along the flexible double rim and insert it carefully toward the cervix.

Then, push the front rim behind the pubic bone so that the disc sits securely. No complicated folding technique is required. Its flexible shape allows it to adapt to your anatomy.

Wearing and Emptying

The PERIOD menstrual disc can be worn for up to 12 hours. Depending on the intensity of your flow, emptying it sooner may be necessary.

For many users, the auto-dumping function allows for partial emptying while using the toilet. Through the movement of the pelvic floor muscles, the rim can become slightly dislodged and release menstrual fluid.
