How do I return a product?
The return process at loveiu.ch is as follows: It is important that the Loveiu seal and product packaging remain intact, as otherwise returns will not be accepted and refunds cannot be issued. To protect the environment, we ask that you return the product in the same box it was received in. Each order includes a return slip that you can use for the return shipment.
