How do I return a product?
The return process at loveiu.ch is as follows: It is important that the Loveiu seal and product packaging remain intact, as otherwise returns will not be accepted and refunds cannot be issued. Before returning the product, you should notify us of the return via the contact form or by email to hello@loveiu.ch .
To protect the environment, we ask that you return the product in the same box it was received in. Each order includes a return slip that you can use for the return shipment. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which you can pay directly at the post office or at a My Post24 ATM .
Once the package arrives at loveiu.ch , the products will be inspected. If everything is in order, you will be notified accordingly, and your refund will be processed.
